Hepatitis B (HBV)

Hepatitis B patients appear to be immunocompromised. This is why other types of Hepatitis heal on their own. With Hepatitis B, the patients have "defective white blood cells." They are present, but not effective at healing and ridding illnesses. So, the liver is having no help healing with the immune system. Do not be fooled by a normal white blood cell count. They are not working!

Treat the STD/STI's with antibiotics and give the patient a "bone marrow" transplant to restart their immune system. They need new healthy white bloods cells. The problem is in the bones. The biggest obstacle here is finding a bone marrow match. This should also heal the liver which appears to get all of the blame: double checking the liver for any other problems like tumors or cirrhosis would also be advised. The patient should heal up just fine.

In other Hepatitis types, the liver heals on its on. In Hepatitis B, it does not because the patient is immunocompromised. The body struggles to fight any STD/STI's and other illnesses that my be plagueing the liver (usuallly Syphilis). The problem is not completely the liver, it's the white blood cells. The white blood cells are present, but ineffective.

In order to heal a Hepatitis B patient, you should continues the antibiotics for the STD/STI and liver. If the illness is unknown, a broad spectrum antibiotic will help. The antibiotics aren't the issue here. In this case. the patient needs a BONE MARROW transplant to "reboot" their immune system. New bone marrow would produce healthy white blood cells to finish the fight along with the antibiotics and help heal up the liver. I repeat the "defective" white bloods cells are the problem. The patient's white blood cell count will most likelyy be normal. Don't let this fool you. A bone marrow match must be found to produce "effective" white blood cells.

This must be done as soon as possible because liver failure can cause other problems like Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) which is widespread blood clotting.

Hepatitis B patients simply have a defective immune system. They need new white blood cells. Continue the antibiotics. It would not hurt to check the liver for other possible problems likes tumors or cirrhosis, but it's not the source of the problem.

This illness appears to be a misdiagnosis of Chronic Granulomatous Disease (CGD)
