Take "Penicillin G" the max dosage of 24 million units a day. You can divide that into 3 times a day with 8 million units (a does about every 8 hours}. Take for 1–2 weeks or until healed. An antifugal medication may be needed to combat any problems that may result from the penicillin usage.
